Here is a sampling of pictures from the 20th annual 2008 Larry Joe Taylor Music Festival Each morning before the music starts, you need to start heading toward the stages with all the drinks that you need to last you from 11 am to 1 pm and you'll see all sorts of creative ways to get them there - from motorized coolers, to the kids little red wagon, to some fancy home made jobs!
Then you need to find a way to see the bands through the crowd of 30,000 or so - most of the time using your cooler as a seat or stand
Once you're settled in you're ready relax, drink some beer, dance, and have a good time!
But don't forget to check out the music on the stages!
But mostly, this is a time to have a great time partying with your friends and 29,920 other friendly folks.
Some of which clearly stand out from the crowd
At the end of the evening you need to find your way back to you camp site and sleeping accommodations which come in all shapes and sizes
Oh yeah, I almost forgot that this was also a chili cook off, so you can sample some good cooking!
Speaking of cooking, Sunday morning before you leave head over to the free "Breakfast on the Mountain" put on by the Wednesday Night Boys!
Hope to see you there next year. For another fun event, add Larry Joe Taylor's Rhymes & Vines (September 18th to 20th) to your calendar.
