| Rio Bonito has three new cabins and nine RV sites located on the North San Gabriel River about 40 miles north of Austin. The cabins come completely furnished and each cabin has a bedroom, full bathroom, loft (kids will love the loft), comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and heating keep you cool year round and the kitchen has everything you need (except the chef and food) to cook a scrumptious meal. In addition, each cabin has a covered six foot front porch (perfect for a cup of morning coffee or cold drink watching the sun rise or set) with chairs plus a picnic table and BBQ grill. The cabins are new in 2008 and immaculately clean and very comfortable.
The small nine site RV Park has full hook-ups with 20/30/50 amp service plus water and sewage. Both the cabins and RV sites have full access to all of the Rio Bonito amenities, some of which include: laundry room, free WIFI, horse shoes, volleyball, kids play-scape, picnic tables, and BBQ grills.
Rio Bonito is situated on the clean, clear, and calm North San Gabriel River. The River is perfect for fishing, swimming, or tubing. Bird watching, biking, and hiking are other popular activities in the park.
A beautiful setting, good friendly service, and lots to see and do make Rio Bonito a perfect place to spend some time with friends or family. |
