Granbury, Texas is picturesquely situated on Lake Granbury with a population of 6050. The town square was named "The Best Town Square in Texas" by the readers of Texas Highways Magazineand Granbury Cemetery is the final resting place of Jesse James. Settled in 1854, Granbury is noted for it's B&Bs in historic homes; historic town square with antique shops, restaurants, and more; golf courses; and water activities on Lake Granbury. Granbury is a great place to spend a fun filled weekend for a romantic escape, enjoying Lake Granbury, shopping, or just chillin' out.
