5 Best Dripping Springs & Driftwood Distilleries

We've all enjoyed the many breweries that are popping up all over Texas - and now you can sample cider, vodka, whiskey and gin and more at any of these Dripping Springs and Driftwood Distilleries. In the past three years Texas distilleries are making the scene and winning awards at a rapid pace. Before 2013, TABC had issued 39 distillery permits and in 2018 there were over 154 active distillery permits.

The fun part is you can visit many of these Texas distilleries' taprooms and tasting rooms and try out their selections in a fun social setting. In addition there is now a Texas Whiskey Trail as well as a Texas Whiskey Festival, both designed to let you experience Texas Whiskey! Check out Texas Outside's Distillery Page to find distilleries near you.
