Seven Springs Winery in Linn Creek Missouri

During a fun golfing vacation to Lake of the Ozarks we took a short side trip to visit Seven Springs Winery, a locally owned winery in Linn Creek, to sample some wine and enjoy the view and a good lunch.   Seven Springs Winery sits on 160 acres of beautiful heavily treed rolling foothills between Camdenton and Osage Beach, Missouri.  The scenic drive into Seven Springs from the main highway is worth the trip!

We came to sample the wine as well as enjoy some of the Seven Springs Winery's  variety of interesting lunch items like:

  • Nibblers – Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Mediterranean Pizza, Meat and Cheese Platter, Savory Oils Dipping Tree and moreseven springs winery paninis
  • Grilled Paninis – some of which include the Black & Blue (roast beef, bleu cheese, red onion, roasted red pepper) or the Seven Heaven with smoked turkey, crisp bacon, chipotle cream cheese, tomato, onion, and topped with aged mozzarella
  • Wraps – like Cranberry & Curried Chicken Salad which is a unique Turkish style chicken salad with dried cranberries, toasted almonds, onions, mild yellow curry, and mixed field greens rolled into a whole wheat tortilla
  • Light Fare – Seared Ahi Tuna Firecracker Lollipops, Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms, and Florida Style Crab Cakes
  • And More - Burgers, kids menu items, salads, and more

After all of that we waddled out to the 3-tiered patio area with waterfalls, beautiful landscaping, and a scenic view of the valley and finished the afternoon with a micro brew.  Great wine, good food, a beautiful day, and an outstanding patio – what a fantastic way to spend a few hours.
