- Irving - clearly one of the best resorts that we have stayed at. The service is top notch and unequalled, the amenities are outstanding, the accommodations are great, and there are options for casual to fine dining. Some of the amenities include: two outstanding golf courses, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, squash and racquetball courts, a state of the art fitness center, four pools, and more.
