Reservation on the Guadalupe, located next to the Guadalupe River outside of New Braunfels, features 8 fully furnished and air-conditioned Tipis overlooking the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Each unit looks like a traditional Tipi from the outside but inside, they are fully furnished and have all the conveniences of modern day living including:air conditioning, Amazon Fire, kitchenette with sink, under-counter refrigerator, stove top and toaster oven.

Each Tipi comes with its own fire pit and outdoor eating/sitting areas as well as a private bathroom with a large walk-in tiled shower. Common areas include: a game room treehouse with large screen TV, ping-pong table, and large deck gathering area. You'll have great River access to hang out at or do some fishing and the location is centrally located close to Gruene, Schlitterbahn and many live music venues including: Whitewater Amphitheater, Koozies, and River Road Ice House! You've got to check out the Tipis.

A favorite destination by many, it's no wonder River Road Treehouses stays booked year round!  Located on River Road next to the Guadalupe River outside of New Braunfels, this property features 6 Custom Treehouses actually attached to the trees! The Treehouses are beautiful, clean and fully furnished with all the conveniences of modern day living including: indoor bathrooms with showers or claw foot tubs, fully stocked kitchens, Wifi, TV with satellite and Amazon Fire, king sized bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the loft. The property features a 400' waterfront park with hammocks, picnic tables, fire pits, and outdoor furniture exclusively for our guests' use.

Lower Guadalupe River

Rock House for rent at Lazy L&L Campground

Located on 25 acres with some beautiful river frontage on the Guadalupe River, Lazy L&L has both campsites and cabins for you to enjoy for a day, weekend, or longer.

You can rent the Rock House which is an 850 square foot fully furnished house with two king beds that will easily sleep 4 people. The Rock House has a kitchen, bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a dining area. Another cabin at Lazy L&L is 320 square feet and it sleeps 3 and there is a microwave and refrigerator but the cabin is not equipped for cooking. You'll also need to bring your own bedding, pillows, linens, and towels. There are two additional cabins that are 18' by 20' and sleep 4 in a queen and double bed, These cabins don't have a bathroom, are not equipped for cooking, and you need to bring your own bedding. Some of the amenities you can enjoy during your stay include: tube, raft, and kayak rentals; easy access to the Guadalupe River for swimming or fishing; campground store; volleyball courts; washer/horseshoe pits; dance hall; and more.
